I use a number of different therapeutic approaches to ensure that therapy is adapted to suit your individual needs. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
My areas of special interest and experience include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and stress, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and difficulties with self-esteem. I work with a wide variety of people, primarily adults, adolescents and couples.
Online therapy is available through SKYPE, ZOOM, TEAMS or equivalent. Evidence shows that virtual therapy can be as effective or more effective than face to face.
I am a registered with a number of healthcare insurers including: BUPA, AXA PPP, Vitality, Aviva, Helix, WPA.
